Come on Jay, that's kind of silly... I mean, the congress passed the first bill..... Bush's people put the plan in front of congress and "news flash" the Dem's overwhelmingly approved it.... There's plenty of blame to go around, don't just pass the buck onto the guy who's not in the job anymore... And because of the botch-up in the first round, the auto's got hammered in round 2.....

I was a little pissed that he messed up being sworn-in (judge had to repeat the line for him). My wife says he was probably nervous... I said, he's the f'ing president, he's not allowed to show his nervousness... lol... But waddya gonna do....

It was botched because it was a three page bill with no accountability, oversight or regulation in it...a typical Republican bill.
