Inauguration

so ya think they will be cracking down on the unauthorized Obama T-shirt vendors?? any estimates on the dollar value of the trashed hotels and stolen merchandise, dine and dashes and vandalism??

I was downtown last weekend.

Along Penn Ave-

new stop lights
new street signs
painted all the lamp post

1 block over- chit hole again..

I was in DC. in the late 70s for earthday and couldn't find a place to park. Thank God, the blacks were just basically beating the sh!t out of any white person they could find. We'll see what happens on Tuesday.:(

I remember going to DC on a 7th grade trip, and was absolutely amazed and completely unprepared for what a sh!thole it was. It was a rude awakening comming from my happy little bluecollar town as I really didn't think americans actually lived that way anymore.

Looking back, I really loved all the class/church group trips that I went on.

They showed me a bunch of what I consider ****hole cities that I will never go back to and would have otherwise spent a ton of $$ for a vacation out of curiosity there as an adult.

I've lived here my entire life and I can't agree with you on that one......unless your school field trip took you to SouthEast DC......otherwise known as "da ghetto":sifone:

The city is clean, you never see trash anywhere and has the most beautiful and stunning historical sights of probably anywhere in the USA.

What year were you in the 7th grade?
