If you're interested, it's really easy.
2 pork chops (bone on side or center cut) about 2 inches thick (slice down center if not already sliced)
2 oz gouda, shredded
4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/8 tsp pepper
Mix gouda, bacon and pepper.
Put in the middle of the pork chop
I put salt, McCormicks' pepper and garlic blend on it and grilled
(it's red pepper, black, a little white pepper and garlic).
