That is true but Obama was never challenged on his Religion and friends starting the kindly Mr Wright then the terrorist Ayres the ghost writer, his records, LSATs will be a start and the Maverick/Quisling McCain could have flattened him during a Debate if some questions were raised like the plumber did.

There isn't a candidate out there that hasn't done focus group testing on how he scratces his nose. They didn't go after Obama on Ayers, Wright, et al because they forgot. It didn't test.

The reason Obama won is over 10 Million Republicans sat out the election and or cast third party
,Started with the 06 midterms he Inflamed the Conservatives as no one in history has, we crashed the whitehouse switchboard and Bush added fuel to the fire with "see you at the signing".

Election turnout was the highest ever, by a very big margin. And out of the 130+million votes cast. 1.7mil were kook votes for lost causes.

This economy is a direct result of the Immigration and mismanaged War (troops for human IED detectors) effort by Bush, Obama should be shining his shoes and washing his car in gratitude We Conservatives are 40% of the voting block under normal times..

We don't have an immigration problem. We have a selective immigration problem. We love having that big flow of immigrants here when the economy is strong and your 19-year-old kid is making double minimum wage and has no interest in a manual labor job. But when things tighten up, it's "those f'ing Mexicans stealing from us". And that labor force was employed in companies that are owned and run by people that are typically of the same political persuasion as you. You don't really think they all seaked in because we were asleep at the switch, do you? We wanted the workforce and we got no opposition to looking the other way as the move suited the other guys interests as well. But from a different perspective.

The war? Yes- very poorly managed. but it got turned around. But the biggest failing- a failing that persists to this day- is why we're there. Obviously we need to fight terrorism at its root. But we're there for global stability and this was a good opening. It's the energy center of our universe. But the President telling the average American what a major energy interruption looks like in terms of the millions of lost American lives and the misery that would befall everyone in the country... I guess it's just too scary a story to tell. It would send our public into a hoarding, conserving panic. And that would crash an already-weak economy.

3.The Immigration is a severe Problem with 30 Million roaming around tapping the resources that do not belong in here, the Borders are a joke and Prayer rugs are turning up in the piles of Rubble left by these interlopers.

4. The Iraq war! I agree with removing Saddam 100% he was wiggling out of the sanctions and we were at War with Iraq, BUT it should have been over in a year, Now The Constitution Framacation?? Hand them one and say use it!! The Problem was from the get-go when Bremer disbanded the Iraqi Military. They knew how to keep the peace ,throw them a few bucks and all is well.

We've gotten Republicans elected for a long time- before Fox news even. It was tough, but that's life.

I remember there being something called a primary election- went on for what seems now like over a year. McCain won. Selected by Republicans only. Maybe they chose poorly? Or did the Republican leadership fail to provide their members with enough suitable choices?

Immigration appears to be a problem only now that the economy tightened. You didn't mind that cheap lettuce and low-buck lawncare five years ago though, did you? No one did. That's why we left the door open. And 30 mil? No credible source estimates anywhere near that number.

On your Iraq comment- do you know why we chose to invade Iraq? Do you really believe for a second it's because he was a bad guy, a human rights violator and was conceivably assembling nuclear weapons? If so, let's make a list of regimes and leaders that share most or all of those qualities and decide when the 82'nd is parachuting in and seizing their capitals.

I typed two long posts and deleted both of them. Let's just say, some would be insulted and other would state that my comments had to be said. But it wouldn't matter. No real progress will be made until people settle down, drop the talking points and propaganda crap that is being peddled and actually use intuitive thought.
