Spy Pic New 41' Offshore!!!!!

Yea, we haven't seen any updates in a while.
I'm with you Baywatch that would be exactly what I would do too. New Pantera cruising the Florida poker run circuit.

Aronow or Kramer would admire you for that! They loved outboards.:leaving:

I never was until I moved to Florida, and saw what salt does to an I/O. Then I got sick of hanging upside down in 90 degrees and 90% humidity to fix it:rolleyes:, now with the outboards, I can stand upright, and have a beer in one hand, and a wrench in the other. Gotta love how easy it is to remove the outboard, and just store it in the corner:sifone:

Supersport class in P1 has a limit of 90 MPH this 2010 race season. It is a power to weight ratio series and with the twin Mercury Racing 525 EFI's this new Pantera 41' will need to weigh in at approximately 10,500 pounds. My Father and I are concentrating on the rough water set up since most races in P1 are known to be very rough. Very important will be acceleration since this will most likely be one of the largest boats in the Supersport class. I am confident this new Pantera 41' will be very fast and really perform in extreme sea conditions !

Do you think you'll make 10,500 or will you have to add weight to make the class?

Hello Sean,

We went with a 360 gallon fuel capacity on this new Pantera 41' race boat so we will be able to add weight by adding fuel if need be. Once we complete the boat will weigh it with no fuel and see where we are at. Will be doing alot of testing out in the ocean and in the bay.

Here is the latest version we are working on now for the new Panter 41' model.

The "6 pack" model will include: 1/2 cabin, custom 6 man bolster, padded dash, custom padded race hatches, and custom deck hardware.

Ideal power would be a pair of staggered Mercury Racing 700 SCI. We have "unlimited" power options.

What do you guys think ? This is my style of boat !

JO, that looks BADAZZ!!!
Can't wait to see it completed!

Would there be an option of a short stagger in order to still have a pleasure cockpit ( 2 bolsters and a bench) with a 1/4 cabin? Just trying to get the best of both worlds!

Very nice! You dogs didn't say a word about any of this when we were talking about karting!

looks great.

Just curious, how thick is the coring in the side of the hull? I see in other pictures the bulkheads are laminated to the primary coring, no need to double up the core where the bulkheads mount to spread out the load?
