FLORIDA FRIEND ALERT:

FLORIDA FRIEND ALERT:

In light of the leaders in your state breaking away from the Constitution of the United States, please reach out to your friends who do not live in other actively seceding states. We are willing to house you and help you out until such time that the United States of America can help you restore your state to the Union and its guiding Constitution, with the Bill of Rights.

The remaining states in the actual United States of America (Not the Independent Socialist Republics of California, Connecticut, New York or Illinois) are with those of you caught in this situation and will pray for your fast and safe reunion with our nation.
God bless, and good luck.

Lawsuits are being drawn up as We speak....I normally like Scott, voted for Him...But this is knee jerk liberal bull****.

My Day will consist of tracking down where Home Depot sent My Steel.....It says "Delivered to KW, Front Door Step"

That's a lot of Doors:mad:

-The eradication of the bill of rights for adult American citizens of any age is a threat to all. Not only is it their protected right, it is wise to get them involved legitimately while young and impressionable, because they will only do it illegally. They have created a new class of criminals. (Unless you are an 18 year old they are using up and spitting out in the middle east, then it's cool.)
-The three day waiting period is unconstitutional.
-The broadening of police rights to seize weapons and commit subjectively evaluated American citizens.
-Bump stocks. The net end result is that they don't make rifles more effective. Single shot groups are most effective. While I don't have a bump stock, this is an incremental step toward the criminalization of semi-auto rifles.

Remember Paul, they do it inch by inch. We have to fight inch by inch.
NOT ONE INCH.

When they succeed in taking our guns, they will quickly take everything else that makes the world "unsafe," like our boats.

Who needs a 1500 horsepower boat? Nobody. Only the military should have that.
Sound familiar?

This action is a domestic threat to the Constitution. And people worry about Russian trolls and their memes.

Would be worse if it was Back Door Step. Good luck.

In my opinion:

-The eradication of the bill of rights for adult American citizens of any age is a threat to all. Not only is it their protected right, it is wise to get them involved legitimately while young and impressionable, because they will only do it illegally. They have created a new class of criminals. (Unless you are an 18 year old they are using up and spitting out in the middle east, then it's cool.) Correct

-The three day waiting period is unconstitutional. Maybe, not sure on any Supreme Court rulings. But, instant background checks should be implemented immediately.

-The broadening of police rights to seize weapons and commit subjectively evaluated American citizens. Correct

-Bump stocks. The net end result is that they don't make rifles more effective. Single shot groups are most effective. While I don't have a bump stock, this is an incremental step toward the criminalization of semi-auto rifles. Bump stocks should have been outlawed the day after the Las Vegas slaughter. They are illegal for all police departments to use and therefor should be illegal for everyone else. The main reason for the second amendment is to allow citizens to be on equal footing with government entities. Not outgun them. I am so adamant about that one I will not reup my NRA membership until they help it happen.

My belief, as a gun owner since I was 14. Pass some common sense laws and enforce them.

No one needs a bump stock, treat them like fully automatic guns. I didn't even know they existed until that incident. And that use was one of the only ways they do any good, slaughter a packed crowd. They have no other use that I can think of.

Arm teachers, and other school and public employees, who have been properly trained and vetted.

And a controversial one, require a person who owns a semi-auto rifle combined with a clip or chamber that holds, (pick a number, 9?), to go through the same requirements as someone who has a handgun, (or a concealed carry?). Less than that number, no problem.

That's about it for me.

There is so much wrong with that.

You sound exactly like the Fudd libs. "As a gun owner since..." I don't even know where to start. This is why we are ****ed. That statement gives no credibility with actual shooters who have some concept of the equipment and MYRIAD of existing laws. In fact, anybody who knows what they are talking about stops listening.
"Clips?" Really?
Because you personally had no idea.... there is no reasonable use. And the big one.... "NOBODY NEEDS."

Mag size and round counts? Concealed carry training to get your "rifle license?" I'm sorry, but that is so god damn uninformed and wrong on so many levels.

The Fudds are going to **** us.
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Oh that's right... Oregon.

Most of the world is in the position to say "Nobody NEEDS a Skater." Rights are rights and we need to stand together, regardless of the particular PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
"As a boat owner since I was 14, nobody NEEDS to go 100mph on our waterways..." And we're done. You just don't see it. Yet.

When they came for the Jews, I said nothing, because I am not a Jew.

Nobody NEEDS that much horsepower, because SAFETY.

Nobody NEEDS to burn that much fuel, because ENERGY.

Nobody NEEDS to make that much exhaust, because CARBON FOOTPRINT.

Nobody NEEDS to go that fast, because STOP DOING WHAT I DON'T LIKE NOW THAT I KNOW IT EXISTS.
Just wait... you will see it in your lifetime. The Nanny state must keep you safe, and the Fudds don't care about keeping you free.

Meanwhile, they are planning to start confiscating guns from adult Americans in some states and Fudds are like "NOBODY NEEDS..."

But there is a big difference in your line of reasoning.

Your line of reasoning says that there is no reason to have a boat that goes 150mph. The laws in Michigan say that it's okay to have a boat that goes 150mph, you just can't go over 55 in it on any Michigan waters. You have to be outside the state controlled waterways, over 1 mile offshore, to go over 55. Same as on the roads where you can only go 55, or 70, or 75 etc. And, you have to have a license to drive on the roads period.

That's reasonable, (kind of), because of endangerment to others. (Although I've driven in Germany and enjoyed cruising down the freeway at 130).

To me it's the same with guns. You want to protect yourself at home, buy a 12 gauge that holds 8 or 9 shots, and a 9mm or something that also holds 8 or 9. If that's not enough, have extra clips. Same with a concealed carry weapon. But, a Bump-Stock combined with a 50 shot clip is not for personal protection either at home, or out and about. There is a reason fully automatic weapons are illegal for both citizens and law enforcement. If you want one, go get your FFL and have at it. Otherwise, you can't. Have the laws that were passed for the control of machine guns, the NFA in 1930 and the FOPA in 1986 (signed into law by Reagan) hurt anyone's rights to own a semi-automatic weapon since? Nope. Yet, how soon we forget, 23% of murders in Miami in 1980 were committed by machine guns. The law was put into effect in 1986. How many last year? Any? And how many people were stopped from buying a semi-automatic gun since because of those laws? ZERO

Just expand those laws a bit more to include bump-stocks and add a pistol type background check if you want to purchase a clip that holds more than ? number of bullets.

And gun-free zones are BS. They make targets out of those in them because there is less chance of the perps being stopped in a hurry so cowards use them to become famous. Again, congress should have passed a federal law requiring at least one armed brave person at every school in the nation after Columbine. Instead the idiots put up signs at every saying this school is a gun-free zone?

And last, school shootings should be a Federal crime requiring a mandatory death sentence. PERIOD!!!

And seizing someone's guns, or requiring someone to be 21 instead of 18 to buy a gun, is unconstitutional, unless that person has a record of being an endangerment to others, period.

Like this child killer in Florida. 44 times the police were at his house? Twice the FBI were called? Twice the school reported him as a potential mass murderer?

Don't you believe the police had the right to confiscate his guns and require him to have a mandatory psych evaluation to get them returned? Maybe after the 3rd, 4th, 5th or 10th visit or report? I do.

Or a non-citizen from a country where terrorists recruit and train? Should police be able to seize any guns they have if there are multiple reports of suspicious activity or on-line terrorist sentiment? Does the freedom of speech amendment allow them to say whatever they want with no consequences unless they kill somebody?
