Mag size and round counts? Concealed carry training to get your "rifle license?"

Not rifle license. Combined semi-auto rifle with ammo capacities over 9 or something. Or already have your concealed weapons permit or a registered handgun.

And I'm not one of the idiots, I know that no one, in any of these shootings, was killed by an "assault" rifle. And that the AR in AR-15 does not stand for Assault Rifle as the idiots want us to believe, but for the original manufacturer of the rifle, Armalite gun company. I also know that a revolver is, by the strictest definition, a semi-automatic firearm. So those idiots who were pushing for a ban on all semi-automatic weapons had no idea of anything about guns.

Rights are rights, until people use those rights to hurt others. There should be no such thing as 100% freedom to do what you want.

To me, the second amendment should be to protect ourselves, and those we care about, from both government and others who would do us harm. So, every law that applies to government should be equal for us. A reduction in the number of shells a gun can hold should apply to all law enforcement. If you need a permit to carry a gun with more than that, so should all but the military.

Do you think the laws passed to limit the ownership of fully automatic weapons was a constitutional violation of our rights? I do, but it also applied to law enforcement so I was fine with it. It was reasonable to me.

The latest timeline and results of the FBI forensics lab have the Las Vegas shooter getting off just over 1100 shots in just under 11 minutes. He still had over 4000 rounds left. Thank God his guns jammed.

Give me one logical purpose a citizen needs a bump-stock, and that it should be a legal means of converting a semi-automatic weapon into a fully automatic weapon?

Bump stocks are a joke. They are a range toy for a world in which auto costs $200 and an 11 month wait. But they are easier than using your belt loop. (Fudds go "whaaaaat. We need to ban belt loops?") From a tactical standpoint, they are a way to waste ammo. But there was this one guy in Vegas... therefore... now people who had no idea what they were need them banned.

I believe non-step V hulls are sufficient for boating, and safest, and what the founding fathers had in mind. This is almost true already, I'd hate to be growing up in today's world. We drove the cars down the freeway sitting on Dad's lap from the time we were around 8. We rode bikes with no helmets. We rode in the back of the pickup going down the freeway all the time. We never sat in a carseat in the back facing the wrong way. And on, and on, and on.........
