Official... raise your post count thread!!

Nice guy. I'm glad he is the one. Really appreciates the history. Looking forward to taking him out on a hand off ride this weekend.

Not a sale.... an adoption.

I sent him a few. That was one of them, and I told him the story. At some point I will send him tons. There are a lot of pics of that "journey."

I had to laugh when I thought about it. Bobby got permission from Don to do the 28s. Bobby, Tommy and Ben were team warpath. Tommy built my boat, hull number 11. Gail painted it. When it was sold in Miami, Jeff Murray of card shark fame hauled it from Miami to Delaware. Chris Sunkin hauled it from Maryland to Ohio.

Some of the most famous (and infamous) names in offshore appear in there. :)

And there is always the Apache Indian Head part of that journey story.......

Ok... that guy just backed out. He has cancer and knew he was ill and found out today he needs emergency surgery next week.

Let guy number 2 and 3 know. Now I get to go boating this weekend. :26:

Prayers up for the guy with cancer. :(

I thought about calling the guy who backed out and his wife and inviting them on a ride tomorrow and letting him drive it. At least he would have that memory going into his surgery next week. But we texted back and forth a few times and he is in shock. So I didn't. They are 5 hours away one way and I figure he has a lot to do, and a lot on his mind.

A different guy is probably coming today. He is new as of yesterday. A Lake Erie guy.

Just mowed the lawn and thought about keeping the boat. Came in and I am up to 5 tire kickers.

Down to three tire kickers. One was another Brave owner asking how to fix the stringers. Another is a flake.

I was waiting for the part where you ran it in some “Apache” water. Maybe Rob can show you some of his flying Avanti videos. :ack2:
