Hurricane appears to be an excess drama event. They are talking about how it is a cat 4, almost a cat 5 at landfall awhile ago with sustained winds of 155 and gusts to 175. But looking at every actual measurement, the highest gust so far is 129 and the second highest is 114. Cat 4 is minimum 130 mph sustained. Cat 5 is minimum sustained of 157.
