BAM. Why do I always get the bam?


Oh I was talking with my cousin. She needs a replacement knee but is not old enough for one under our healthcare. She is a cop with the RCMP and can no longer do the job. Since she has put in 9 years she can retire with a full pension. So she is now retired at 38. She'll take about a $20k a year pay cut. That's her average over time now.

Got another sunny day. Thinking early spring. Since I have the cover off, bought chemicals to start up pool this weekend.

It was a hurry up and wait day ....started @ 7:15....finished at 4 PM....only 4 billable hours.....now I'm really behind....looks like an 8 hour Sunday....The Last of my Old Style Light thirty in KW !!!!

Was getting headaches and saw the doctor about it. He did some blood tests. Everything came back normal. Doctor though wants me to drink 10 glasses of water per day. Didn't like the only fluids I get are beer and coffee. Going to get more water and other drinks at Wal-Mart tonight. Trying to think what's like water.

I'm guilty of the coffee thing as well, ponch. I have to keep reminding myself that I need to drink an equivalent amount of water to make up for the diuretic effect of coffee. I find that if I want to drink a gallon of water per day then I have to add for every ounce of coffee I drink. Yeah, I spend a lot of time peeing......

I'm on my third pot of coffee this morning! I drink too much, but I need the caffeine. Watching a reality show on the coast guard yesterday. They showed the plucking of two separate drunk swimmers out of the water in Key West. Made me think of Bobcat.

While you slackers were busy peeing ...I tiled 85% of a shower stall....






I also drink a sh*tload of coffee....1 regular pot,add a teaspoon of fresh grounds and pour another decanter through....then I stop and get a 24 oz. 100% Colombian coffee , with a shot of caffeine in it....when It's cold out I pee every 15 minutes....when its hot out I don't pee at all....I sweat like a mofo!....I also drink about 5-6 32 oz. bottles of water a day.....usually chug a bottle of water before I have a Beer.
