I quit smoking 12-27-08 and I have put on about 20 pounds already. My diet sucks I do not eat breakfast or lunch and when I go in the house I eat until I fall a sleep. When the wife makes breakfast for diner (my favorite) I eat 3-4 eggs, 8 French toast with about 2 cups of syrup and Jiff instead of butter and no sense in putting any bacon or sausage back give me the package please. I do eat good at least 3 days a week and that would be chicken but just 1 for me thanks. After I consume until it hurts I lay on the couch for awhile and before I fall a sleep I go in the kitchen and grab a large spoon the Jiff and Ritz crackers. I wake up about 2 AM with the spoon in my hand or on the floor I clean up the best I can at that time in the morning, put the now warm milk jug back in the fridge (don't worry the kids don't get up until 7 milk will be cold by then) drag my azz to bed get up at 5 spank the wife and go down stairs, have a cup of Joe, watch a little news, get work cloths on and walk out to work. This has worked for years with not much weight gain until I quit smoking. What would you suggest my thoughts are since I have no time to workout that smoking would just be easier....
Now I know your going to say why bother going upstairs, well some days its the only time I see the wife, I need the exercise and when I say I spank the wife well you know what I mean.
