We thought he was peculiar even before he showed up at the dock in a 2000 HP 24' Pantera sporting 10' trim tabs.......a slip of the toggle and you had one ballistic submarine....As he left the marina we wondered if we would ever see him or the boat again...We didn't have to wait long.....It's been a month and we are still scratching our heads trying to figure out what happened that overcast day in July.....
