Temp is 25 here ... snow ... but the wind is freakin freezin:ack2: I need to go over to the other house and check the mail (need something that I dont think is coming but I keep checking anyway -slow learner ) ... probably ought to go in and make sure everything is still there while Im there

Hey - btw ... saw on the news that idiots are now stealing catalytic converters. Now ... that seems like a lot of work to me so I called my buddy with the scrap yard to get educated as to why they would go to all that trouble and he said back when metal was high, you could get $100 or more out of one. He said some of the bigger car lots would find 100 cars or more with them all gone. I said ... ok ... but if you ran a scrap yard or recycling place and somebody walked in with 100 catalytic converters, wouldnt you know that something wasnt right? He said he has had guys come in with 3 or 4 at a time and he wont take them but he knows the yard across from him has Craziness :ack2:

Just like anything else- if there was not a market (buyers) there wouldn't be any thefts.

See the boating threads where everyone says be on the look out for props/#6 drives/etc- someone is buying them...

Yep, got out of it by going out with the niece and boyfriend, their coming down for New Years and wanted to meet him. I'm also going to trailer him bike down for him, he's never been to the Keys and I told him it the greatest way to tour around. No reports this am from the party, must of went smooth.

He sniffs paint all day- there is (or will be) some thing wrong with him. Go hang out in Glass Dave's tech section a little while and see how silly they get (yea I know it's glass and not paint but still) ! :willy_nilly: :rofl: (them just jokes!)

34 w/20MPH winds takes wind chill down to 23

I get to go do appraisals in this pooh. REALLY getting hard to keep my "glad to have a job" attitude working 7 days a week with some of that out in the elements!! Guess what tomorrow brings? 3:20AM tomorrow I get to go up and go to work-yipppeeeee....


F this- I'm going to find out how to get laid all the time and no have to work (see here..)
