Gonna be 63 and sunny here today.....not that I'll enjoy any part of it......I have a webinar on DOT regulations today from 10-5....you'll see a lot of me here while I pretend to be paying attention there, posting here. :biggrinjester:

Barb - you're not kidding about the wedding! I just got my estimate from the florist today. It'll be somewhere 620 and 750 for flowers. This doesn't include any center pieces for the tables at the reception.


It just kills me though. I'm doing mainly wildflowers! My bouquet will be gerber daisies, tulips, buplorum and hypericum and they want $140 for it! Grrr!

That's crazy. You need to shop around for flowers. That's way too expensive. Find someone who does it out of their home, or a smaller florist.

I'm telling you Elizabeth, when it's all said and done, you're gonna look at Tony and say, "Hmmmm, maybe we should have eloped!"

Here is something different: today I am meeting with a couple guys from the board of directors for a non-profit center for people with developmental disabilities about joining the board. My Mom was once a member of that board. I am looking for volunteer board service as part of a requirment for a professional certification. Should be interesting.

Heres a prom do I did last year. I like to put curls thru loops, so theres something interesting to look at from behind. Makes the other girls do's look simple............

And this is Britts funky blonde top. Many hairdressers color too much on top. mine was a 1 in section at part. It falls just right........
