The deck hatches make it easier access to service and inspect forward bulkheads and lifting hardware.

Under the raptor 41 vee you will see the specs for the boat (autoclaved)
The first cat was started at in California and it was a oven bake post cure to the Supercat rules at the time, then the rules changed banning rudder boats and that boat was killed, and the next three cats were built at Skater (popyes,cintron,geico) now the molds are back in California where they now have built a post cure oven for the cats.
There are (2) 41 Vee's One white and one black both were autoclaved. Very expensive way to do a boat. Very few places in the world that have an autoclave big enough for a 41 foot boat but they exist. I sent an email to Andreas to get pics. I have been pushing him to build the vee in standard ways to cut cost but he will not. I will get him to do a thread so as not to disturb this one.

This thread has been pretty cool. It is great for Animalhouse post and Outerlimits to allow everyone to see the build of the new raceboat. Nice job and a nice product. Good luck at the worlds!

no pics today, just prepping bottom for paint. Paint Saturday and start rigging on Monday, sleep is over rated!!!!
