Hello, been out of touch lately, been chained to work, sales are down so I have to fill out detailed call reports daily to account for my time, they would never consider that sales are down because we just had a 5.5% price increase and that is after the 3.5% one we had in Feb, plus we have always been the most expensive company and most of my competitors have not taken a price increase in over a year. It sure takes the fun out of prospecting when you are always told you are more expensive then all the other companies.
Jay, I cancelled the trip to Florida so I will not meet you at the Thanksgiving day run, since Ian is working at GM we are not spending any money on vacations, and except for my niece no one is getting a Christmas gift. With no family nearby Ian and I were all set to have our traditional King Crab legs for Thanksgiving, but then he bought a pallet of compressor pumps on ebay for $35.00, he has to pick them up in Nashville TN on Friday, so he will be spending all day Thursday driving down there, lucky thing his sister lives there so he has free place to stay and a turkey dinner to eat. To earn some extra income he has been purchasing odd compressor tanks and parts by the time he finishes painting them and rebuilding them they look brand new. He has been selling them on Craigs list, seems like every guy in MI wants a larger compressor, so they sell fairly quickly.
