Not sure exactly what side, but wre on the IU /Perdue campus at a seminar center w/ hotel. I have read the restaurant guide and that name is familiar. Got the guide out. Yep. Kosher deli and "comfort food"... Pastry Chief. 20 kinds of bagels, 20 diffrent desserts.:drool5: Maybe I will ask to use the car and get our lunch tomorrow!! Thanks, Donzi! :kiss:

I know it's silly but I feel more at home with Tony's house now. I made him move my bookcases up yesterday and I've got them in my office. I love to read and almost never sell a book (not to mention buying a few each month). Needless to say, Tony thinks I've got too many books. But having them here and getting my office in order makes me feel better. I've had these bookcases since I was in late grade school. They aren't in great shape but they just feel like home I guess. This week I'm going to try to bring up the boxes of books that go in them. I only have a couple boxes here.

Glad to hear it sounds like home! I, too have a lot of books, but my dream room is a well stocked library. I have started buying "withdrawn" books from the Library. $1 for hard cover books!!!! I have a nice copy of La Mort De Arthur. 1906 printing. BTW. You can Never have too many books! :reddevil:

Some of it is still packed but not too much. I've been trying to unpack the last couple of weeks. With my bookcases here, I was able to put away a lot of stuff actually. The problem is finding space for my stuff really. And Tony's so busy with the boat and work right now he doesn't have time to be here and give input. So we have lot of "what the hell did you do with my stuff" conversations right now.... Granted this means I took the ammunition out of the linen closet, etc. I've been trying to put things where they go. Or in his office

I still have some things at my condo - some dishes, basic cookware, bathroom stuff and my furniture really. The furniture will be the last to go. I have no where to go with my bed here (and I am still down there part of the week) plus my realtor really likes how I've decorated my place so I left all furniture and wall hangings, etc in place. I hope to have everything up here in Oct. if my place hasn't sold by then, my realtor told me to paint my kitchen a neutral color (the only room that isn't neutral) and then take everything at once. She said it should be an all or nothing deal with showing my place.

Yep, doin just great! Got home sunday at 5 started packing right away till 9, loaded hay tonight and head out tomorrow at 7 for Oklahoma city. Also had a birthday over the weekend, one more year till I get my AARP card

Hopefully this horse shoe stuff will settle down in a month or so, cause I'm getting tired of shoveling.

I also broke my phone and have been using my daughters old one which keeps losing service.

By the way EAA is in town for the week, turns Oshkosh from a city of 50,000 to a city of 250,000. Time to leave town for a week.
