My Pops lives about 30 minutes west of Philly in Devon, PA but I've only been in the city to watch football/hockey/baseball games or just passing through.

Me and the girl didn't have any thing to do this past weekend so figured we would go check it out. My Dad met us downtown for lunch, beers and a trolley tour around the city for a few hours and then we went our own ways.

Just some thing different than sitting on the couch all weekend (which I love as well!) since it is not warm enough to go boating yet would be my final answer I guess.

So Wayne did I miss something are you and BB doing a quick up and back to FL for some reason, does not look like you will have any time to relax.

Where at? and when? We're always looking for bands.

We (Road Rash) will be playing at the Storm Cellar in the bottom level of Victoria Place on the square in Painesville April 11th from 9pm till 1am.

They got a great menu too, so you can plan for dinner there if ya want to.

Philly was a good trip this past weekend. Didn't get up there until Saturday AM vs Friday PM but had a good time none the less. 160 miles almost all on I-95- not too bad of a drive.

I had no idea they liked foreign beer up there that much!! Every beer I drank was 6.5-8%. Most of the time I am not a fan of German/Belgian/etc beers but I didn't want to feel like a queer ordering a Coors Light either rolled on full steam ahead. 22 oz 8% beer = $16-$19 with most 12 oz 8% being in the $8-$10 range. I think....

I had a cool video of me drunk in front of the 1st National Bank (ever) with some choice words to say about Tim Geitner but deleted it while trying to get a still shot out of it.

Center City Philly is beautiful, or at least it was when I was there years and years ago!

I do know where the Storm Cellar is and ate their for the first time last month in fact. The food was really good.

Chiefy is fine today! A little tired but not hungover thankfully!!!

I had a great afternoon with my husband, we had a wonderful sushi meal with some friends and then had a few nightcaps before getting home around 11:15. A little late for a school night but it was wellllllllllll worth it.:biggrinjester:
