Tinking Out Lood

On the way up , I passed a town called "Rock Ridge"(S.C.)......thought about stopping in and doing a #6 on them.:D

Drove straight through to South Carolina....took a nap....then drove all of the way to Litchfield Ct. about 34 hours....I did f*ck up in NYC twice (plus I hit it at 5 PM) but made my way through the ghetto at one point....nice to have 3/4 tank of gas in a brand new car.....saw the Connecticut sign and hit that expressway. At one point I was going through a tunnel on the New Jersey Turnpike.....I thought that myself and the trucks had stopped ....ad the tunnel was screaming by us.....too much caffeine ...

On the way back I took a more relaxed route....left Connecticut via I-84 West...skipped NYC.....Jersey and all of D.C.

Went all of the way to Scranton PA. then took 81 South to Columbia....hit 77 South , then 20 East to 95.

First time in Pennsylvania (vampire free ) I don't count the Philly airport in 2007. Also West Virginia is freakin beautiful...Shenandoah Valley was awesome....even though I had some serious mud butt going at the time...I enjoyed the drive..missed Pengy twice by hitting North Carolina at around 2 AM.

You cannot get a decent cup of coffee outside of Florida....I was using a Chevron gas card(no Chevron North of Georgia)...so I was kind of stuck as to wear I was stopping....but most of the places were owned by Middle Easterners....and they were filthy.....no windshield cleaner at the pump...filthy restrooms ( on the beltway in D.C. I just leaned against the open door of the car and pissed while I pretended to check my map)

As I posted on FaceBook, I purchased scratch off tickets at every state I went through.....the ones I bought in West Virginia were a bit unsettling....they said reveal 3 Banjos and win an all exclusive canoe trip with strangers....:dupe:

Alligator Found in New London
By ARI MASON
NBCConnecticut.com

After all the recent bear sightings, it's time for a scaly visitor to take the stage. New London police received a call about an alligator sighting Saturday afternoon.

Police arrived at Broad Street and Georgiana Street around 12:30 Saturday afternoon. There they found a three-and-a-half-foot-long alligator running down the sidewalk, New London police said.

Officers managed to trap the alligator in a grassy area on the side of the road. A New London Animal Control officer and the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection caged the alligator and removed it.

This is what we do for the road race, we load barricades into trailers on Saturday.

Somebody had a Snapper in the back of their truck. Them We went and hit about a hundred softballs...then there is a Cemetery tour that is hilarious , they basically go to the Graves of anyone who helped get this World Class event started in 1977...and tell amusing stories(about a hundred people show up, with coolers). Then there was some peeing.

On Sunday we swill Beer and Bloody Mary's while putting up barricades to keep people off of the start and finish line. Help unload the Cannon....F'kers is loud...knocked down a State Trooper (percussion) last year...he was a hundred yards away and wouldn't move . After the race is over we load everything back up, take it to the barn and store it for next year. Usually 50 people to set up ...and about 15 to take down (Beer weans away the weakest) That's me in the trailer in the background.

Then on Monday we play the Open Bud Open....low turnout this year because of the rain. Cheating is encouraged. I got teamed up with Leo, the 1st Selectman (Mayor) and Deb and Ally...We shot one under...but we turned in 12 under....still got last place....Beer was flowing...awesome Golf Course StonyBrook at Fairview , Litchfield, CT.

Ally had a cat head cover , and Deb had a Beaver head cover.....as you can imagine there was a lot of filthy banter on the course...
