Our Dealership was started in 1917,still running out of the same building.Found this about 4 years ago upstairs.Bill of sale to my Great Grandpa for a used 1928 Ford Truck $123.00 plus tax!:sifone:

of course, you could rebuild the engine in a "T" in the frame in about 3 or 4 hrs :)

It is cool to find those little pieces of history. I have a few invoices from when my dad first started our shop. Labour was $2.50 per hour in 1952.
 
My grandpa died a few years back, while cleaning out his house we found dozzens of old newspapers dated from the 20's and 30's. It was very interesting reading through some of the arcticles and seeing the price advertisements for various goods and services.
 
We had found bills my father filled out from the 40's, he worked at the dealership when he was in High School.
 
I love that old stuff I have my Grandmothers drivers licsense from the 20s and my Grandfathers WW II era ID card from the plant he worked at.
