Have you ever thought about the possibility of starting some type of "trade school" in your line of work??? I mean what I say, I am serious as a heart attack!

Did you "loft" the individual frames and cut them by hand or were they cut with a cnc router off of the cad file?

Roger the way I had these frames cut they were "nested" saving plywood and making it easer for me to handle what was essentially a stack of Plywood. Marine Concepts, I can't say enough good about them really nice people there and Knocked this out Very Quick for me.

Like I said before usually there is a full size Loft in my operation and I pick up from the loft and cut them myself.

The top sheet has the first frames and that little one that looks like a tuning fork is frame #1 in reality.

Frames up ready for Core,There on the Keel at the top of the stem you see that first frame. I tried to make this portion of the build easy as possible.

Steve , Pepe , really has a good idea because this industry will be lacking people in the future with the knowledge and experience to do this type of work and if you look in are trade mag Professional Boatbuilder there is always adds for Wooden boat school's . :bump:

Steve doing great my friend and wish that everything would pick up a bit , still trying to make that first Million .:willy_nilly:

We will see how the Boat show does, I hope the best for everyone there. Here is a photo for our future boatbuilders, that Kid would sand 8 hours with that 48" Metal file.

Chose this hardener as it gave the best Physicals after a slight post cure, SP is the most Health conscious of the bunch real nice material.
