Earler in the Thread I mentioned a Table here is a picture of it simply done, there were two 3 Hp Routers mounted to the underside on a piece of 1" MDF
one had a 1" box cove bit and one had a 1' bead bit which is the one I am showing here.
This processed all the plank material for the T-4.
in the next thread I do the Job a little different on my Cat.
I apologize for putting in these pictures in way out of order,But I did not have them when I started and currently waiting on 50 More to finish this with , I may start the Cat thread in the mean time!
I Beams are in place here under the shadow of the eventual T-4 , I just use cheap white latex wall paint in the top flange it holds my layout very well. Nothing is more important at this stage than the base that will support all this work to be 100% level and true and Strong!
We did this in 91 for Danny it was National Champion and Gold coast Champion, Airex cored, bagged Kevlar/Glass S-Glass and carbon fiber. 1875 Pounds Hull and deck ,Beat Reggie with it! I did another one for outboards 1750 pounds.
Artie thank you old friend ,I found the rest of the photos and am waiting on them now, Sometime after the Boat show, I will do another thread on My Cats.
Sharp carbide cutters here ,the Box cove setup was on the other side of the table, I wanted two setups end to end but there was not the room so I flipped the work over and handed it to a helper on the other side.
In this business it is a matter of steps you make a mistake on step one and at step 5 you find it Guess what??????? Check Check double check.TCEd You are a 100% Right
