SNL Sketch - Tiger Woods

I just finished watching it. Was pretty funny. The domestic abuse people need to lighten up. Satirical humor is about the only fun we have left in this country. Don't rain on that too. Reminds me of PETA sending Obama a letter after swatting a fly. They lose credibility if they over-do it.

This is messed up, everyone is making a big deal about the skit! I don't remember people making a huge deal when they did Palin everyone thought it was funny. WTF is wrong with people!

I watched that Palin skit live, the one where she appeared on Weekend Update and Amy Poehler did a wrap. That was funny as ****, it wasn't mean and I respected palin for having the balls to appear on teh show after all their criticism. I was and remain no fan of hers, but it takes balls for anyone to subject themselves to mockery and criticism. She gained ground with people for doing it.

SNL has always been about making fun of situations. Sometimes they make you laugh, sometimes they rub you the wrong way. But probably their best skit in years was the segment called "Really with Seth Myers" about the Michael Phelps pot photo.

I hope he does a "Really" about the media coverage on Tiger and the White House party crashers.

TMZ spoke with the organization's Executive Director Rita Smith, who told us she was "horrified" that SNL "made such a mockery of abuse."

During the sketch, Woods -- played by Kenan Thompson -- is visibly battered and holding up signs warning that Elin -- played by Blake Lively -- has beaten him.

During the show, the audience laughs, but Smith claims, "There's nothing funny about this story, particularly if violence was part of the events that took place ... I hope that SNL refrains from using this kind of skit in the future as it diminishes people's support for victims of domestic violence."

Normally I refrain from outright attack... but at this time I just can't help myself.... The only thing being diminshed here is my tolerance for nit witted hypersensitive closet lesbians and there dysfunctional view of the world.
