concept eh...... can we call you Maryland Bob ???:leaving:
Just shows we all have room for improvement!
No, She lives in Nashville...we met last year in KW
I was trying to buy you drinks that night. You and Billy were on a mission but I never knew she would be around almost a year later! Good catch!
The 44 is more of a luxury CC. Very nice piece but it is very heavy (needs quads to make it fast) and crazy expensive. I don't suspect they have made many which would make me nervous owning one........especially with their outstanding customer service (assaults)........:sifone:
Several 4400's have been built; most being exported.
Weight? Remember at 13' 9" this boat is over 1.5 times as wide as most go fast boats (8' 6" in this example). Under 14K LBS + motors doesn't sound so bad to me.
Trip 300 Verados:
64.3MPH w/ 300 gal fuel, 45 gal h20, 4 people (Boating Mag July/August 2009)
62MPH in 15 knot winds with 2 people, full fuel & water 3-4 foot seas ani't bad
.
They are in the higher 60's these days but not sure if there was a magazine write up being done when it happened. Remember- those are "real world" tests; not a Reggie test with 10 gallons of fuel on a controlled water way with the right current and a single test driver.
I agree quads would be the way I'd want one but not too shabby for a first run hull with fairly modest power for her size.
I've had great customere service from Concept... They should hire me to play on the internet for them all day!
OMG.......Listen to me.....Im the new MM !!!!!! HELP ME PLEASE
Congrats- welcome to the big time brother!
