SBIP Press Release
May 1, 2009 Network Show
Race Members of Super Boat International
May 1, 2009
Super Boat International announced last week that there are eight (8) one hour Prime Time Network shows for this year. CBS Sports Network will bring weekly offshore boat race programming to millions of race fans beginning in October.
In the past Super Boat International has been on cable, but with Network there are different procedures to follow.
CBS Sports Network will have a producer attending the Marathon race to work with SBIP’s TV staff. Following the Saturday morning drivers meeting in Marathon we will address the standards and practice that must be followed. Before any race boat secures sponsorship, it must come through Super Boat International for approval so there are not any conflicts.
Race boats participating in Marathon – please fax your entry forms to 305-296-9770.
