After nearly 2 years of sitting inside, I finally pulled the old girl out of the shop yesterday to take the deck off...again...

Good thing I have a fine collection of forklifts!

Hopefully the deck will not be off for long. I had to remove it in order to facilitate further demolition of rotten bug infested stringers, bulkheads and frames.

Transom Demo. The plywood was like a combination of raw hamburger and watermelon! Yummy!

Hey Artie, Thanks! I am using 40lb density Divinycel instead of plywood, then bagging parts to the boat.

Let the demolition coninue. Tonight we demo'd the starboard stingers and bulkheads. FYI...I have no idea why there is an airplane tire in the boat, but I have found stranger things in there...trust me!
