I really can't take him on in something I don't disagree with him on passionately.
Now, if he wants to start a real thread about something that matters to this country, like "Has the policies of the Obama led Democratic Congress and Senate been good for this country or not?", we may have an important discussion.
Or maybe how well he has done on the campaign promises of No new taxes for anyone making less than $250,000 per year, or $1000 check for everyone making less than $100,000 per year, or with my policies unemployment will max at 8%, or.......
These are things that are important. If she quit for any reason other than a major family emergency, she is a moot exclamation point with those who care about character in a candidate. (not that a lot seem to anymore).
And, those who don't understand root cause analysis can say all they want to about Bush causing these issues. The root cause, many pointed out in the rolling stone article about Sachs, but to me real root cause goes back to one administration, Clinton.
He signed the glass-steagall repeal, the NAFTA trade act, and the act giving China most favored trading status, and the push for zero down lending in the fannie may/fannie mac departments.
Those four things made us wealthy beyond reality in a short time, for a short time. Now it's over and those in charge still don't seem to correct anything, just throw more of our money at it.
