I hope he is able to make it all work. The buzz on PQ has been going for the last year. He needs to take advantage and get things moving. I see Ford talk about things , then take 3 years to do it. Then it falls flat. The T-Bird, Ranger, Bronco. They quickly killed the T-Bird, I hope they can save the Ranger. People have already stopped asking about the mystery Bronco.

On a Center Console it doesn’t look to bad. I can’t get over the Formula cruisers with the outboards. I get you make more room on the boat. But it just looks odd.

Mornin !:seeya:

It's a vicious circle...You need the extra motors to push a boat with that much fuel on board:03:

Come to find out, it's all about fools and their money. The more outboards they throw at a boat, the less efficient each one is and the more frictional issues occur. The more outboards, the less speed per horsepower. Apparently commercial vessels have singles for a reason.

Morning!!

Interesting article. Pretty much true, and Peter Hledin can talk about how almost every smaller boat he built performed with singles, twins, and trips. But, the biggest reason for more outboards, getting those big boats on plane and actually being about to accelerate. It's like a pickup with a 4 banger versus a pickup with a big V8. Some of those boats are really boring, and can barely get on plane with 2 or 3 engines. Some probably can't.

The only reason for 6 outboards is because the other guy has 5.

Got a chance to do something different. Phone lines freaking out. Just a big guess all the rain might have something to do with it. I called in the neighbor! He is the local ATT service man. Time for pay back for all those boat rides we gave him.

Thinking about selling my boat and getting something that can hold a respectable number of eggbeaters. Thinking pontoon, with a row of 6 in the back, and maybe 4 in the front.
