Oil pan
First, remove the crap on top. Set it aside.
Next, remove the intake manifold, set it near the crap on top.
Next, remove heads. Clean mating surfaces with non-abrasive method.
Spray your gasket with something special.
Lay your new gasket.
Find the torque specs and have a beer
Set the first head back on the new gasket and loosely tighten
Torque that bitch from the middle to the outside.
Do that again over there. Great, have a beer.
Install new intake gasket.
Intake. Torque and sequence again.
Put crap back on top.
Beer.
