I was hoping it'd be a bit farther over...Still showing winds of 70-80 in KW..and possibly knocking out the roads in Key Largo ..I wonder if Brooks made it down..

Cops were looking for re-entry stickers, or Monroe County ID's to get back into the Keys as of 7PM Yesterday..

Talked to Brooks when he was arriving yesterday at around 8:00 PM. He made it in really quick time. Said the freeways were cruising along between 85 and 90 most of the way.

He did say no one checked his ID to let him in.

And he said it was spooky. With all of the gas stations, restaurants, etc. closed it was like the Keys were a ghost town.......

Just got gas for the Generators....$3.08 a gallon for 87...(That's all they had)

Navy is saying 45 mph winds at Boca Chica max ...So I'm Dog sitting in Key West for a Deputy who is going to be locked in the Jail Facility for 48 hours.
