I get to have a short talk with the coastguard today about a scratch on the PQ. Lol

We have meeting with the coasties at 4 for Boyne Thunder. They pulled me over two weeks ago and boarded my boat from the starboard rear corner. I found a big mark on my boat last weekend when I took the cover off. Snap, that is where the coastguard pulled up. I got most of it out by hand. I need to take the wheel to it. Bamm it, that was a bummer.

They also wrote me up for halon in engine not being charged. At a angle it looks like it. But it is.

I would have told them it was Nitrous. They would believe me. One of them asked if my engines were diesels. He was looking right at them.
I almost said yes. Turbodiesels from a locomotive. Two of them.

No. I just really love Burdines.

One of my favs as well. Whenever I have to go to HD when down there instead of driving 23 miles to KW, I instead drive 28 miles to Marathon. Gives me the perfect excuse to stop at Burdines. Plus the fact that I actually enjoyed lunch there once with my sinking boat captain.
