That the Grateful Dead sucks.

On the Grammy thing, I guess I see a recognition for a piece of work separate from the royalty liability to the original artist, assuming one comes forward. Heck... John Fogerty got sued for stealing from a John Fogerty tune. If either of those songs got awards he probably kept them. Sometimes there is a fine line between the Warhol and the soup can in art.

Oh... and boat hulls.
