Bolles harbor is a bitch to 1 man launch.. They have really short docks, too short. My boats only 22' and the dock wasn't long enough to pull it off the trailer.

The new docks at Cullen Park are longer. But beware the cans have drifted north. Stay on the green can side/ watch the range lights. Stay away from the red cans. (Unless somebody fixed them last week. They were off since August.) I've been ignoring them and using the range lights. Get some funny looks from people who are following the cans like the bible. But my skegs are fine. There was one really stray green can. Ignore it.

The area Rob was running in is close to where Ben lost his swim platform. We were Marshall boat out there. Watched a 34 Powerquest lift his noise straight up in the air. One of the riders climbed up and got the go-pro off the bow. It had cam loose, sure would like to see the pics from that go-pro. They sat there for a long time before they got going again.

So, how do you lose a swim platform? Trip and catch it multiple times?
I assume it was through-bolted. I have the same platform, essentially.

Kind of scary. So close to drives and props while halfway off.
