Hi Ho's!!! Only thing I don't like about my house is travel time to get places. Its a little better with the new Wal-Mart mall and another strip mall with a gas station (smokes) and McDonalds. About 7minutes from my house. I should have went for a house with an indoor pool. A popular option here so usually a few on the market.

We ran out of smokes last night (or at least down to a level that we wouldn't make it through the morning).
8:00pm JJ runs out for smokes and didn't get back until almost 9:00.
In the morning, I only have 1/2, maybe one smoke.
Don't have another until about 1:00.

So Ponch, did ya give up on the e-cig deal?

Ran out of cartridges for the e-cig. They don't sell nicotine cartridges here, so got to run down to WA for them. Only bought 5 cartridges, should have bought 10.

Got caught behind a stagecoach in the no-passing zone;) Afterall, it is the original Apache Trail.

Actually, that's how long it takes to get into town and back.
That's why we stock beer and have three refrigerators.
I could survive without a smoke, just don't tell me we're out of beer.:cheers2:

You had 60 beers and made me pick up a 30 pack. But your story is doubtful. It didn't take me 30 minutes and if I recall, Jody drives faster than me. (And John Force.) :)

Friggin cold here tonight....

On a side note, I had a 3/8 notched trowel hanging off of the side door in the van......I reached for a falling box of screws...and buried the edge of the trowel into my forearm...nasty...I now know what the muscle in my arm looks like.....super glue and Neosporin to the rescue !!!!!!!!

Ouch, sounds like a nasty injury. I self treat most cuts because of a hatred for hospitals. Used crazy glue a few times!!!!!!

Finding a wanted criminal near my house and my neighbors attempted robbery last Dec has me wanting a gun!!!!!

My Dad likes the memory foam mattress on his hospital bed, but its too small. So my Mom has been doing her favorite thing shopping. She has bought a new king size for their room and 3 Queen size for guest rooms memory foam beds. Also decided they need new couches and chairs. Since they live near me and outside delivery zone, I get to rent a cube van and pick it all up.

As an owner of more guns than can be found in your entire province, I am not sure that's sound logic.
Lethal force is a heavy thing. Heavier than people being "near" your house.

Unless you have reason to believe that someone is actively breaking into your house with intent to kill you, there is no shooting solution to criminals or crime. Even in your neighborhood.

Sorry if that sounds harsh. I've had years to think about it. And killing somebody is the second worst day of your life. It's just above dying. I'm not a believer in guns as a threat. Where I come from, you don't draw until it is time to kill.

30 beers is insurance.

Jody doesn't drive that fast, you're just used to flat, straight paved roads. (Like John Force);)

I was working in the garage a few years ago and one-handing a router when it kicked back and rode up my left arm.
Looked like hamburger, pre-cooked.
I yelled upstairs to Jody to bring me a band aid.
I have a nice 2" scar on my forearm.
Cooler and tougher than a tatoo:)

Up to 10 minutes for a police response=gun good option!!!!!! The main street to my house is 60km/h's speed limit, I might drive fast cause I'm usually at 80 to 90km/h on it. The road needs a higher limit though a parallel street with some curves is 80km/h limit.

No duct tape required?

Mornion Ho's !:seeya:

72 with a 30 mph wind...makes for a fun van ride up the keys.

Jeff, I used painters tape and a blue shop towel. (I'm too furry for duct tape !!!)

Morrnnninnngggg! Hot strong coffee, poached eggs and granola. Off to do some special projects and then back to home office to make a production spreadsheet. Going to straighten up shop to make ready for some auto repair this weekend. Fuel rail or injector o-ring leak on her car - she (yes, she) convinced me we could logic our way through the job together - we will see.
