BAMM!

Hamstrings a little better today. Have friends in town from Connecticut...mini bar stroll perhaps this evening.

Morning Ho's!!! Have my aunt, uncle and cousin with her friend over for the weekend. I don't eat breakfast, never have. So don't have any breakfast foods in the house. So had to take them out this morning.

My brother graduated high school the year your daughter was born. It took me awhile to move out of my parents, had better amenities over some **** hole apartment.

My parents always told me "move out whenever you want, but you're not moving back so make sure you're ready". Right after I turned 21 I got my own place, ALONE. I've never had a roommate, just married.

My first place was a condo, had indoor pool, sauna and small gym. It was a new building and was one of the first people to move in. Was great until it started filling up and the old people formed a condo board. Despite the amenities being in a separate building they closed them at 9pm, even in summer when it was still light out. I didn't like their rules and moved out because of it. Vowing to never live in a place with a board telling me how to live in a place I pay for!

If the son keeps behaving like he does now, he can stay for a while.
His little sister turned 5 last month, I do not know how many years I can keep up with her. LOTS of energy (to put it nicely)
:)

I lived with a couple of girlfriends that had their own places once I was 16 and could drive.
Pretty much kept clothes, extra vehicles, and jet ski at Moms for a few years.
I had what I thought was the best set up going for a few years....
Then a few months in one of those $hi+hole apts. with a buddy. SUCKED.
We flew out of there and I moved out of town to a new job and got a pretty cool apt. in a complex.
Then back to Grand Rapids for a better new job and a pretty happening apt. in another complex for a year.
At 21 bought the house on the lake that I still live in today.
Maybe I will get everything done on the list of remodel/repairs I wrote when I moved in one of these days.
It has only been 22 years now.

It's important to pace yourself - don't get in too much of a hurry.........:sifone:

My parents move a lot and so do I. Think the longest we've lived in a house was 9 years, the place I kind of grew up in. I seem to move every six years. Though the longest my parents have owned a house is their Scottsdale place.

Have no water pressure in my house. Checked the cistern in the barn and its full of water. Have repair guy coming, think its the pressure tank and not the pump this time.
