..........while over here in sunny Oregon, where the humidity is low, the grass is green, the coffee flows smoothly and freely.............all is great, in fact all is quiet on the western front.........

Its clouding over here, nice little break from the 90 temps. Lone Ranger starts well then gets long and boring with real lousy dialogue. The end sequence is o.k. can see why its not doing well at the box office. 4 1/2 out of 10

Finished a bit early today....might try to sneak in a little Beach time between mini electrical storms.....

Have a buy 10 dinners get one free card at sushi. So going to use the free one tonight. Can't think of anything else to have for dinner.

Nice Sunny day here....I should have spray painted two interior doors.....but I was tired....it'll probably rain and bite me in the ass tomorrow..

Cloudy and cool probably high 70's. I like the heat. My Dad was in the hospital today for his kidney stones. They didn't treat just did a scope confirming the size. Has an appointment at another hospital for treatment in another 2 months. So it will be four and half months from diagnosis to treatment. Isn't socialized medicine grand!!!!

Some boating content. Last weekend discovered a show called Powerboat's in Paradise. Mostly Florida Powerboat clubs events but good footage worth watching. Found the schedule online: Complete List of Shows for Powerboating In Paradise its on Sunsports, think its a Florida channel. Its channel 653 on Direct TV.

We've been putting some juicing into our routine; today carrots, kale, red bell peppers, apple and a hint of ginger.

I bought a juicer intending to use it, but never have. Had it about 3 years. Should use it.

I'm too lazy to use the juicer (although it is a lot better for you) I do a daily V-8....I sweat so much that the extra salt doesn't hurt me.

Softball in 2 hours.

The juicing is work, so we prep stuff the night before. Our goal is 3 times a week for breakfast only......and it's takes a large amount of veggies/fruit
