Pic of my friend (and old boss) that I'm going to see in June .
7th Air Cav (anyone know the 7th?) 1969-70-71 Vietnam. He was a skinny door gunner back then....could not meet a nicer guy. A few years back I took him up to the Marathon SBI race....and they had a Huey there....I walked up and told the pilots about my buddy, and they let him crawl around and check it out. Hi Ho's! Guess bam forgiven. Have a family friend who lives in Seattle did 3 tours in South East Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos) 2 tours with the marines and one with the CIA. He retired from the latter in 2000.

Have to drive into Vancouver. Expecting light traffic most take the day off.

Traffic wasn't bad for a change. The commuter lane has about as much traffic as the regular, no more advantage to using them. Got pizza dough from Safeway, going to either make a pizza or calzone haven't decided yet.

Still raining here. Had to go into Vancouver again and the down pour caused traffic to slow. Getting ready to go to either Ironman III or Star Trek, decide at the theater whichever is less busy.

I'm hoping its Ironman. Wish the new cinema was open by my house. It will have 3 VIP screens, they serve you at your seat, beer or wine, and you have to be 19 to get in. No kids is a good thing.

I give Ironman a six out of ten. Few little things I didn't like but don't want to spoil the movie.

Our weather has sucked. My boat is gassed up and ready to go, but I keep waiting for a window of ok weather.
