After almost 4 yrs out here, I could never go back to Ohio.

I lived in my parents house in Paradise Valley full time after I graduated high school, 92 to 94. Loved it!! It is still hard sometimes justifying living here because of it. When I sell my house, I'm downsizing and then buying a fall/winter place. Thinking maybe Vegas condo.

Truth is, I haven't lived in northern Ohio in over 10 yrs.
Last time I was there, I forgot how to get around.
The only thing I miss is the lake.

PV is a very nice area.
I have only been to Vegas once (not even the strip), and I was just dropping a trailer, then turn-n-burn to havasu to pick up a crash box and straight home.

Part time, they are here now. They are thinking about selling it because nobody likes going anymore.
