Will do....Work cancelled

I worked until 11:30 and called it a day.

Sore from tripping over fire pit blocks backwards yesterday while blowing leaves. Fell on Stihl backback blower and took four concrete blocks out with my shin. Got four "pins" with my first "ball." Decided not to pick up the spare. In my defense, I tried to "walk it off" and finished the yard before I realized my jeans were wet with blood.

Thanks. I'm good. Probably could have used a couple stitches but the swelling is down. Was lucky, actually.

Ended up hitting the ground mostly on my right side. Head didn't hit. Stihl didn't break. Blower stayed running. No damage to blower. No fuel loss.

I'm pretty good at denying how bad it is and not stopping what I'm doing. "You are having a heart attack." "Yeah, but I'm conscious. Let's cut these last few boards and put the tools away."

Replaced the 100 year old side door at the dealership yesterday. Yep, pain in the azz. The door doesn’t get used much, but you could barely get it open. Starting to be a safety hazard. Put the new door and frame in front of it. Didn’t want to remove the door frame and all the bricks fall out. Aways delightful working on 100 year old brick buildings. The old door should have some scrap value. The steel door weighs about 150 lbs.
