The bar across from the dealership sold. Making a condo out of the upstairs. Store to the left of it sold. Making 2 rental out of it for VRBO. Neither of the buildings own any parking. Interesting, how is that going to work. No parking on the streets in the winter, only 2 hour parking during the day. The guy with the bar wants to rent a parking spot from me. Nope, that will not work.

There's enough Work on this House to last 6 Months...But the Parking situation sucks ass.
