Last year it was the mystery sailboat buoy that took out the Outerlimits. Several boats hitting things this year. My guess is that one of the islands are logging again. I have witnessed the barges in Lake Michigan full of cut timber. They seem to loose a lot of logs on there way back to Lake Charlevoix?

If you've seen barges of cut timber, then that's probably what it is. But around my waters we have seen a huge increase in logs, wood, trees, deadheads, picnic tables... anything that floats, with the water up like three feet still. The shores were scrubbed clean by high water.

The main page looks about the same, but the results look different. So, I guess yeah.

What a freaking BEAUTIFUL day on Lake Erie. Wow. Awesome day to not work.
Went for a ride with a friend who got me into boating in the mid 80s. Took him about 20 miles out and came off plane and said "You get us back." So he did. He never stopped grinning. He has a cruiser.

I have had to be a adult and fill in for my sick service manager. He had a heart attack just before Boyne Thunder. Thank god he is ok. He was cleared to come back two work in two weeks. He was having problems and was in the hospital when he had the attack. They found the problem and corrected it. We are on the down hill of summer days. Need to get out there and have some fun.
