A lot of poor quality work down here prior to Hurricane Andrew....After that they started to inspect construction. Back in the 50's - the 80's there was

only a 5" Water Pipe supplying all of the Keys....So everyone used Saltwater in their Concrete.....Which causes Spalling.

Generator update....Runs smooth as silk, and is producing Power ...One bad Circuit Breaker.....I need two new Wheels (going to use Solid Wheelbarrow Wheels )

and it's probably going to go on Craiglist for $1700....and I'll take $1200:hurray:
