My day started with a guy pulled up to the front door flashing his lights beeping his horn. I ask if I could help him, I need a oil change. Could you please step out of the truck and come in to talk to the service manager. I knew right then, this is going to be a challenging day, and it was. A run on the treadmill and rum n coke. All ready for Tuesday!

That areas in pretty bad shape...Their street sign is the only nice thing they have


My Coil Wire is shocked the sh*t out of Me ...It's probably been arcing all over the Motor and Frame...and has been the real problem all along...

($250 in sensors and time later:banghead

I try to explain to people about taking their car to the side shops, they might have a cheaper labor rate, but you will be paying for all the parts they can’t return. Bring a Ford to a ford dealer and a Chevy to a Chevy dealer. They know most of the time the common problems to fix things. If the side shop puts on the wrong EGO sensor, you will pay for both of them because he can’t return it. Your welcome for the shop tips.

The side shop is Me !!!!!(with advice from a Mechanic and the Chevy Astro Forum)

Our two dealerships don't have a stellar reputation ...Hard to get good people.

After I switched out the coil wire it ran perfectly all the way to the gas station...and I decided to reward Her with 93 Octane....

Which promptly caused the same issues of stumbling at idle ...Back to 87 !!!!!!

I can understand the mechanics shortage, it is a challenge everywhere to find one. I have two great techs, I told them i’m Retiring when they retire. I don’t want to go thru finding another one.

Why bother. It’s a KW thing whether idling or walking stumbling is an acceptable way of life.
