I had Miami booked 3 years ago, but had a last minute meeting that screwed up going. Reluctant to try again, mainly because can't get a direct flight. My nicotine addiction limits the amount of travel time I'm willing to do. Leaving airport terminals to smoke is a pain in the ass. So Id rather do the LA show again.

With the ecig you should be ok.
I did Miami a few yrs ago. The show was cool, but Miami kinda sucked. And VERY expensive.

43° and overcast. Not bad as long as its not raining. Its the stopover in either Chicago or Dallas, don't think you can easily leave the terminals to go outside and smoke. Can't use an ecig in the terminal. Be better if it was a stopover at Vegas they have a smoking room inside the domestic terminal.

I have to admit, I haven't flown in 5 yrs, and don't really have any desire to.
Doesn't Atlanta have a "smoking lounge"?

I quit smoking when I went to Germany because of the long walks to smoke etc. My last cigarette was outside of the Detroit airport.
If you want to go somewhere, just buy some Nicorette gum and alternate that with regular gum and you'll be surprised how little you miss smokes. That will be 10 years ago this next July that I had my last smoke after 30 years of smoking. (It also helped that Gov Granholm added $2 per pack to cigs at the exact same time!)
