A lot of it has to do with other members reporting threads, that sends us an e-mail and then we act accordingly. We also tend to watch pretty frequently, certainly more than Team India

the site is running great, we are going through our growing pains but all in all i think its what was told its gonna be and beyond.. next half of the year wil be big for us, we have much to do and need to spread the word... do you think the others think we are serious now....:03::03:

I want to thank Nick, and Craig too. On October 18 we were a bunch of well meaning guys with zero moderating experience but a huge interest in the well being of this forum. Nick has been very helpful in coaching. Moderating is harder than it looks. And I have the easy forum.
I know that the discussion mods have taken this really seriously and we have all leaned pretty hard on Nick. He has a wealth of experience that we draw on... and great judgement. His influence is clearly felt in the moderation.
