thats the problem, you had the anchor light on while you were running. if you just had the running lights on it would have been fine.

It's a done deal. She signed the deal yesterday.
She reports in Phoenix Mar. 16 - I should be out there by mid April.
I'm still looking for a job - but I have a few things brewing within the Co.

Need to sell the house, and need to get the motor back in the boat, and new wheels on the trailer to make yet another cross country transit...
I swear, this boat must have more land miles on the trailer, than it could possinly have on the water.

We were out there last month, and went up a mountain into some national park.
There were lots of strange holes in the ground.
The anti-venom thing may be a good idea.
Also this is why I started asking about a shotgun in another thread.
Looking at houses on the outskirts, and mountain bases. Likely to have unwanted critters trying to visit.

Speaking of firearms in AZ... As I recall (and this law may have changed in the most recent sissy-fication of America) but in AZ, I believe that you can carry a pistol, out in the open (a hip holster for example) as a matter of course. You needed a special permit to carry concealed. A number of years ago, I was in a bar up in Bullhead City or Black Rock Canyon and they had a gun check at the entrance.
