You practically hafta pass my house on the way down, so it wouldn't be much of a detour to pick me up. Not to mention I don't take up a lot of space.

Ok... but no smoking in the car. I know that this could be a deal breaker... so maybe when we hit the warm states we can vent better and the rule is off.

The car is already gassed up and I had an oil change this week.

I can make it on the smoking thing. But, how about this:
When I was 19, I bought a brand new Chevy Baretta, and me and two buddies drove to Daytona for spring break (the drummer, and the keyboard player for the BeefCarvers - I'm sure you remember them).
I didn't want the car to smell like smoke, even though I was a smoker.
The rule was we could crack a window and have one smoke after we crossed each state line.
Does that sound fair enough?

IV fluids do. I had one friend who was a navy medic and another who was an EMT. They both used the IV trick when necessary. I use Power Aid.

a little, normal saline IV's work better. chasers or a healthy does of B complex before hand does wonders also.

Power Aid has corn syrup, C, salt, potassium, B3, B6, and B12. Once you get the power aid down you can switch to food.
