I've been going to the gym 4 times per week since November. I run 5-6 miles each time I go and lift three days a week. No beer during the week (NONE

). No real written diet change, but going to the gym usually causes me to make better choices in what I eat. I did learn the hard way that I need to stay hydrated on days that I'm going to work out. Passing out at the gym sucks!!:ack2::sifone:
I haven't lost a pound....but my clothes are starting to fit better.
