Two Benghazi Parents Sue Hillary Clinton for Wrongful Death

The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 terrorist attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court Monday against Hillary Clinton.

"The Benghazi attack was directly and proximately caused, at a minimum by defendant Clinton's 'extreme carelessness' in handling confidential and classified information," such as the location of State Department employees in Libya, the lawsuit said.

Even if there were a record, wouldn't it be readily obvious her entire team had failed miserably??????

No record that Clinton, aides took required ethics training

WASHINGTON — There is no evidence that Hillary Clinton or her top aides completed ethics training when they started at the State Department as required by federal law.

State Department records show only three of nine top Clinton aides took the mandated training for new employees. Records also suggest that none of seven top aides required to take subsequent annual training completed it.

No records indicate whether Clinton herself took any training.

Many of the aides still work for Clinton on her presidential campaign or are advising her in her bid for the White House against Republican Donald Trump in November.

The documents were obtained by the Republican National Committee, which filed a lawsuit to get them after a Freedom of Information Act request did not produce them.

Army Training Lesson Cited Clinton as 'Insider' Threat Risk

An Army training presentation on insider threats included Hillary Clinton among a rogue's gallery of killers and leakers, citing the former secretary of state as an example of "careless or disgruntled employees," NBC News confirmed on Tuesday.

The unclassified slide, which first emerged on a Facebook page that spoofs the military, was confirmed by U.S. military officials, who said it was used as part of a lesson on how to secure classified materials and improve safety.

A spokesperson from the Army's Training and Doctrine Command said the slide was developed 18 months ago.

Next to Clinton on the slide is a photograph of former CIA Director and retired Army Gen. David Petraeus, who pleaded guilty in 2012 to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified materials by sharing them with his former mistress and biographer.

Above them are pictures of Army Maj. Nidal Hasan, who killed 13 people in a 2009 gun rampage at Fort Hood, Texas; Chelsea Manning, a soldier who is serving a 35-year sentence in a military prison for sharing a trove of classified documents with WikiLeaks; Edward Snowden, a former National Security Agency contractor who has been living in exile since leaking classified documents on government surveillance; and Aaron Alexis, who killed 21 people in a shooting at the Washington Navy Yard in 2013.
