It's a huge trend now. Bosses and owners are checking staff Facebook, Twitter and MySpace accounts. Employees can be as bad as the fauz-reality show people who talk behind each other's backs. . . as fi the victim can't just watch next week's episode to here what is being said.

hence why I almost never get on facebook anymore....i have a basic profile and only use it when I need to get in touch with someone who i dont have a # for. Ive known people not to get hired because of what they have online.
